Kai von Rappard has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer and coach for large and medium-sized companies as well as various NGOs. His spectrum consists of strategy projects, change management, leadership and personality development.

He supports executives and their organizations in the optimal use of existing potential and in the design of changes. The team concept is an essential focus for him, where he sees massive opportunities for performance increases in companies today.

Kai is a member of the St. Gallen Management School and was a partner and member of the management team at the Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen for many years. He has carried out projects in numerous countries in Europe, America, Africa and Australia. He continuously develops his systemic competence further with various certifications, including at the Milton-Erickson-Institute in Heidelberg.
