Alexander sees himself as an organizational developer and coach with heart and soul. He is interested in designing organisations as a holistic environment in which people enjoy working and giving their best through good leadership, clear strategy, good structures and an appreciative culture.
In 20 years as an organizational consultant, management trainer and executive coach, he has helped many companies – from family businesses to international corporations – as well as organizations in the public sector, such as cities, ministries, interest groups and hospitals – to become even better.
He is convinced that successful and sustainable change must be driven from within and cannot be imposed from outside. For this to succeed, it is necessary to get people talking to each other, to let the different perspectives have their say and to bring about decisions.
Over the years, Alexander Löwenstein has developed a broad repertoire of methods to support managers and teams in dialogue, in finding solutions and in making decisions.
